What This Directory Is

Cash Home Buyers Directory is a free, publicly accessible database of real estate investors who purchase homes for cash across the United States. Our goal is simple: make it easier for homeowners to find legitimate local buyers, compare their ratings and reviews, and make contact — without paying fees, signing up, or navigating confusing lead-gen platforms.

We currently list over 1,000 investors across 15 states, with new markets added regularly.

How We Source Our Data

Every listing in our directory is sourced from publicly available business data — primarily Google Maps business profiles. We collect the business name, address, phone number, website, category, and verified Google rating for each investor.

Before listings are published, we apply a quality filter: we remove businesses that are not actively engaged in residential cash buying (real estate agents, mortgage brokers, title companies, and similar), remove listings with no verifiable contact information, and deduplicate entries to avoid showing the same business multiple times.

We do not accept payment to add, remove, or boost listings in our standard directory. Featured placements are disclosed as such.

Who We Are

Cash Home Buyers Directory is operated by a real estate investor with active experience in the residential cash buying space. We built this resource because we saw firsthand how difficult it can be for sellers to find and vet local investors — especially in markets outside major metros.

This directory is designed to be a long-term, maintained resource — not a scraper site or a lead-gen funnel. We update our listings regularly, publish educational content to help sellers make informed decisions, and are committed to accuracy.

A Note on Listings

Our directory is a starting point, not an endorsement. We encourage every seller to independently verify any buyer they contact: check their reviews on Google and the BBB, request proof of funds, and always close through a licensed title company.

If you encounter a listing that appears fraudulent, outdated, or misclassified, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
